The Process

 Research & Strategy

Our collaboration begins with a free 1:1 consultation call where we discuss your project requirements. Once the proposal, contract, and deposit are agreed, we delve deeper into your brand's values with a questionnaire. Based on our research and your answers we’ll develop a visual direction that guides us through the rest of the process.

Design & Development

Following our in-depth research and strategy stage, we will present the initial design concepts to you in a beautifully curated PDF. We explore everything from logos to visual mock-ups, colour schemes, and typography. You’ll have the opportunity to give feedback and if necessary refinements can be made through a round of revisions.

Refine & Finalise

Once the final designs have been approved, your files will be packaged into an easily downloadable link and ready to send over upon receipt of the final payment. We’ll give you a full overview of the project deliverables to demonstrate how your new assets can be used. Then that’s it, your project is ready for launch!

  • Availability fluctuates throughout the year and your project start date will depend on the current waiting list. If your project is urgent let us know and we will try to work within your given timeframe. We are now taking bookings for 2023 on a first-come, first-serve basis, so feel free to reach out and I’ll get you booked in the calendar.   • Ultimately, every project differs and the timeline depends on a few factors such as the scope, deliverables, number of revisions, and timeliness of feedback. Depending on the package you choose, we state that a typical branding project can take around 4-8 weeks.

  • Once you’ve sent an enquiry through the website, a free 1:1 consultation call will be scheduled where you can tell me all about your business and what you're hoping to achieve through working together. If we both determine we’re a good fit, a project proposal, contract, and invoice will be sent over for you to agree to and sign. A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total payment is required to secure your space in the calendar.

  • Typically, we don’t offer ‘just a logo’ as we believe that a brand is much more than that! If however, you're 100% sure you ‘just want a logo’ we will still go through a research phase to make sure it aligns with your values. Otherwise, our Mini-Brand package may be ideal for you if you’re a new business just starting out… it will provide you with the essentials required to resonate with your consumers and ensure you stand out from your competitors.

  • We aim to make sure that we’re always on the same page through an in-depth client questionnaire before any design work begins. However, should you require further refinements there are two rounds of revisions included with our Mini-Brand and three with our Signature Experience packages. Any further refinements can be completed at an hourly rate (but hopefully you won’t need them!).

  • Though we mainly offer package pricing, we custom quote all of our projects as every client, and therefore every package is unique. We will always ask what your budget is and we can tailor our packages to suit what you can afford. After our initial consultation call, we will provide a written proposal that outlines the timeline and pricing of your project. To secure your desired start date a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required, the remaining balance can hereafter be split into 2-3 payments throughout the project timeline. Payments can be sent via bank transfer and must be completed before the final files are transferred.

  • Absolutely! An hourly rate is available for clients with existing brand guidelines. I also offer day rates that are ideal for businesses who need on-hand support for a particular project or time period. Some examples of collateral that can be completed on a day rate basis include business cards, menu amends, gift cards, flyers, presentations, and social media posts/templates.
